Disclaimer

Last updated: August 2026

This disclaimer applies to the client information, download links, configuration tutorials, troubleshooting articles, and related pages provided by Clash Kernel Hub. By accessing, browsing, or using this site, you acknowledge the matters set out below. If you disagree with any provision, please stop using the information and links provided by this site.

1. Relationship with the Open-Source Projects

Clash Kernel Hub is an independently maintained Chinese-language resource site focused on organizing download links, basic configuration instructions, and advanced usage guidance for graphical clients in the mihomo core and Clash ecosystem. It is not the developer or operator of Clash, mihomo, or any related client project, nor does it represent these projects in issuing announcements, making commitments, or providing commercial support.

The names Clash, mihomo, Clash Verge Rev, FlClash, Clash Nyanpasu, and ClashX Meta appearing on this site identify the corresponding software, core, or open-source project. All rights to these names, marks, code, and software belong to their respective rights holders. Information about these projects on this site does not establish any affiliation, agency, partnership, endorsement, or authorization.

2. Software Acquisition and Usage Risks

Our download pages bring together client options for different platforms and may direct users to the relevant installer or app-store page through version listings. Software is provided by project maintainers or the applicable distribution channel, and its features, compatibility, release schedule, and ongoing maintenance may change at any time. This site cannot guarantee that any software will remain suitable for every device, operating-system version, or network environment.

Before installing, upgrading, downgrading, configuring, or uninstalling software, users should assess their own device and keep important configurations and system data backed up. Features such as proxy mode, TUN, DNS, system proxy, and launch at startup may change how network traffic is handled on a device. Users are solely responsible for connection interruptions, data loss, settings changes, or other effects caused by mistakes, configuration conflicts, system limitations, third-party service failures, or software defects.

3. Content Accuracy and Version Differences

Our tutorials are compiled from the client interfaces, core behavior, and system environments available when they were written or revised, with the goal of accurately explaining procedures and configuration meanings. After a software update, menu names, button locations, default values, configuration fields, or supported features may change. As a result, screenshots and descriptions on these pages may differ from the current interface.

Tutorial content is provided for general reference and does not guarantee suitability for any particular device, network, subscription service, or business scenario. Before running commands, editing configuration files, or changing system network settings, understand the purpose of the operation and follow the current software documentation, system prompts, and actual results. If a procedure no longer matches the current version, first review the FAQ or verify the basics again using the User Guide.

4. Subscriptions, Nodes, and Network Services

This site does not provide proxy nodes, subscription accounts, or network access services, and accepts no responsibility for the availability, stability, speed, geographic coverage, pricing, or data-handling practices of any third-party subscription. Clients are tools for reading configurations and processing network traffic; importing a subscription does not mean its contents have been reviewed or managed by this site.

Users should independently verify the source, terms of service, and scope of any subscription, and should not use configuration files, scripts, or control interfaces from unknown sources directly on important devices. Problems caused by a third-party service shutting down, invalid configurations, node changes, account restrictions, or changes in network policy should be addressed with the relevant service provider.

5. External Links and Limits of Responsibility

This site may link to app stores, project release pages, official software websites, or other external pages for reference and software access. External websites are controlled by their respective operators. Their content, privacy policies, download methods, service continuity, and security measures are outside this site's control. Including a link indicates only that the page may have reference or navigation value; it does not constitute a recommendation or guarantee of all its content.

External links may stop working because of project migrations, delisted versions, regional restrictions, or changes in operating strategy. When visiting an external page, users should verify the destination domain, page details, and requested permissions, and comply with applicable local laws, software licenses, and network service rules. To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of its content or external links. This disclaimer may be revised as the site's content and the project ecosystem change; revised text takes effect upon publication.
